Tuesday Tech Tip - Control + F

I realized that this feature may be old hat for many of you but I thought I would send it out as a tech tip at the beginning of this year since it is such a useful tool.

By clicking Control + F on ANY WEB PAGE you will pop up a search bar that looks like this:

Simply type in a keyword you wish to search for and the search bar will highlight areas where the word exists on the page.  You can use the arrows on the right of the box to scroll through the places where the keyword appears on the web page.

I hope this function is useful for you and that you share it with students as it really makes searching through information on the web much more efficient.
